Streaming on lap top or cell phone

All of a sudden I am unable to stream CNN, MSNBC, Sunday Football ticket on my lap top or cell phone.  Directv technical support has been zero help.  Has anyone else had this issue?

What happens when you try? Any error messages?

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the DirecTV App?

It says something to the effect of "You are not authorized to view this content.  Contact your provider".  Which I have done countless times.  Yes, also deleted and reinstalled the app.

I see the bell but not a chat icon.  There is a purple circle with an "S" but when I click it there isn't a chat.

Sometimes the guide won't even come up but when it does, I click on the channel and nothing happens.

It seems that you aren’t actually using the DIRECTV app. The error you provided earlier would be shown on a channel’s specific app. Try downloading the physical ‘DIRECTV’ app on your device. Login with your DIRECTV satellite credentials and you should be good to go. If you have any issues logging in try doing so ONLINE on your PC at DIRECTV.com. If you continue to experience login issues, take note of the error code/care code. Then, call DIRECTV (number in my greeting below) and say ‘sign-in help’ to the robot.

There is no DTV app for laptops/PCs.
