DIRECTV Equipment

Had two appointments for installation. No one shows up or calls.  Will DirectTV let you do your own installation.  Did my own Dish network install years ago in rural area.

I've received conflicting info verbally from 4 agents on deleting content on the app. Does anyone out there have a satellite subscription to DTV with set top boxes and not able to delete content in the app's My Library? In the middle of a program the screen will go dark. I have to turn the tv off and then on to return to program. This happens at least once a day.  Now, the programs won't restart at all.  I ran a scan that showed my wifi signal is strong. What's up?
