I would like to file a complaint about a really poor experience with customer service via chat. What is the best way to do that?

When I try to sign in to my DirecTV Stream account or app while on WI-FI I receive an error telling me I’m not connected to a network. When I switch to cellular data I can sign in. Then I reconnect to WI-FI and I can watch TV on the app.
