Streaming Account

When I try to sign in to my DirecTV Stream account or app while on WI-FI I receive an error telling me I’m not connected to a network. When I switch to cellular data I can sign in. Then I reconnect to WI-FI and I can watch TV on the app.

I don't want my children to be able to buy or rent movies. How do I block purchases?

They aren’t letting grandfather customers switch to the new plan for the online listed prices. I guess I just use a different email when signing up for the new package? Anyone knows if this works?

Hey I’ve had DIRECTV stream since it was AT&T stream and I have over the years(including an ex girlfriend) logged into devices that I’m nowhere near anymore. I tried to use the account overview/devices route but it either wants to sell me new devices or an “502 bad gateway” error code appears. Help

Why does DIRECTV not offer a military/ veterans discount? AT&T does one for the wireless and landlines. I’m sure that would attract more subscribers if they did offer it
