My current auto payment is not working for me. I get paid every 2 week. It's not about changing my payment method. It's you cannot get money from my account. When there is none. Blowing up my Email, with changing my payment method. Don't get it either.

I think my password was compromised I change my password but I believe the person is still able to use my service how do I disable them from using it?

I would like to allow my son to access DirectStream in his apartment. Since my account is linked to my AT&T account, is there a way I can set up a different user name and password for him?

Direct Tv switched me off my go big plan without telling me or any kind of notification. When I called to ask what was going on they told me I changed it. They would not switch me back.

DirecTV streaming STILL doesn't have parental controls. My wife is somewhat mentally handicapped, and she is the one watching the TV. THREE TIMES she has manged to order something at extra cost - once a pay-per-view, twice a movie package. Each time I had to call to cancel it. Luckily, they send an
