I was told that if I got the Sports Pack and an elevated plan I would get $300 card and $250 card. I didn’t. ATT lulls you into false hope and then pulls the rug out from underneath you. I can’t wait for the next two years to be over.

Worked fine for over two years and kicked me off a few days ago. Using DirecTV Stream service and “connect TV provider” link. Will not let me authenticate on either phone app, Roku, desktop PC via browser, etc. have used cellular connection as well and different WiFi networks. Same result.

I'm having difficulties creating additional DirecTV Stream accounts due to AT&T not allowing multiple accounts on the same credit card. The satellite division of AT&T does not have this limitation. Also, satellite accounts allow users to setup auto-payments using a checking account. Does anyone know

Subscribed overnight to DIRECTV stream, new email that has never been used with DIRECTV or ATT. I can login to the website and stream through the browsers no problem but when I try and log into the app it says error 201 username and password not found and won’t let me login. Talked to support chat 3
