U-verse TV Equipment

The new wired uverse receiver that I received to replace the old one will not connect. I keep receiving the msg, “ AT&T UVERSE RECEIVER TV IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER. “RESTART RECEIVER” I have repeatedly tried this and still no connection!

Att sent new Cisco receivers models ISB7005 & ISB 7105 to replace 8 yr old Scientific Atlanta receiver with dvr. Do these models have dvr??

I recently had to have my U-verse upgraded to fiber optic cables. It seemed to work at first, but now I have a big red x on the screen and cannot get Uverse to load on 1 TV. The DVR is not available on either TV. Desperate for any help to troubleshoot this. Thank you!

I have purchased updated TV's. I can only get the HDMI hookups to work on the DVR box.  My other additional boxes don't work with direct plug in.  I have to use an RCA (red, yellow, white) to HDMI converter for the boxes to work with the TV HDMI hook up.  WHY ??????  Am I doing

Uverse malfunctions many times daily - picture either freezes or goes black and then the dvr restarts. Unwatchable. Have checked all cabling and all signals.  Have done non-disaster and disaster recovery. We need a replacement dvr box.  This is for my dad - he's elderly and needs help.&n

For the past several months our uverse will freeze and lose signal 5-6 times a day on all tvs. Have called tech support at least 3 times.  Twice they did something in office and it worked ok for a few days.  Last time a tech game out and replace modem and wiring.  Worked ok for 24 ho

All lights on the main ATT box are lit yet the television says no signal. I have checked all wires and have done multiple resets to no avail.
