unable to sign into my Directtv account grt error message help

I got an email saying congrats you earned a egift card but the link that says choose your egift card doesn't work I've tried 4 different #'s and no one could help.

By the time you get live tv streaming service it like the cost of satellite or a cable provider. And these cable and satellite providers have the apps built in
