DIRECTV STREAM

I have helped several customers install the dtv stream box. My roommate went to order dtv stream and no box was offered? Is dtv stream no longer offering the box (or dongle)?

I have 3 tv's, all with Roku's. One of the tv's has frequent issues with audio/video syncing - way off - no problems when viewing Netflix, Prime Video, etc., only when viewing Direct TV.
