Why is the sound distorted on ABC during football games? I saw a comment from a previous post by someone else where it was recommended to make sure the audio on that channel is set to English Dolby Audio. I made sure that was set correctly (it was). Turned system on this morning and could not get any audio or video. Guide and everything else shows but no video or sound.  Tried o do a reset but no change.  Ran a system test and it said "OK"

What to do if resetting your remote and you do not get 4 green lights after pressing 987?

Direct TV settings has all resolutions checked and supported. But it is staying in 480. When checking on the info audio/video screen to change resolution it still only shows 480 ??
