Chat button does not work, is this the correct website or is there a different website?

The gemini remote will not delete programs by pushing the red button as it says to do on the listed show description, nor can you delete multiple recordings of the same show.

The audio from several music choice channels sounds like a transistor radio. Terrible! Again! This happened before a few months back but was fixed after many days. I have a slimline 3 SWM dish at our remote cabin. I’m trying to add a HR24-700 to the dish using a SWM splitter to get TV in our second bedroom. I put the splitter between the dish and SWM power unit and then connected the dish to the second output on the splitter, not the pass through power side. T
