The audio from several music choice channels sounds like a transistor radio. Terrible! Again! This happened before a few months back but was fixed after many days. This time the horrible audio started on just one channel and now has spread to most music channels. Please fix this promptly this time.

I have a slimline 3 SWM dish at our remote cabin. I’m trying to add a HR24-700 to the dish using a SWM splitter to get TV in our second bedroom. I put the splitter between the dish and SWM power unit and then connected the dish to the second output on the splitter, not the pass through power side. T

The remote will turn on/off tv, adjust volume on soundbar but when I push the input button, it will bring up the TCL options but you can't scroll through the options. If you press the input again it closes the TCL input options. I have not been able to change the input.
