I watch directv from two locations, one account. With a dish/genie at one and via directv app on Roku in the other. I can set programs to record at either location. I can warch from both. Need to cancel or suspend service

I called Directv customer service to cancel or suspend my service and the message said call between Monday thru Friday. I've been a customer for 22 years and never was customer service closed on weekends. Can someone at Directv please help?
