Lightning struck near the house last night. One tv is working but 2 others are not. Power is at all sets. Tried resetting the other 2 without success. Blue lights to each box are on. Main box is on one of the non-working sets. Connections are visibly good.

We signed up, paid, and waited. Then we complained without stopping. Then we stopped payment, to get your attention. We got nothing, so now we're done with Directv, and will never try this again.

I have had satellite for a long time. The receiver often loses connection to the AV receiver among other issues. I have been thinking about leaving DirecTV and going to streaming only. Curious about what would be lost or what would DirecTV streaming be like.

Is DTV really trying to get rid of satellite? Not only have they upped the activation cost but also turned off the ability to order satellite in some markets as a test run.
