I have 3 t.v.s two are working just fine........the one with no signal had been working fine all day.........the are no light on on the box (reciever). there is no error message.........I pushed the red button on the side, nothing at all happend.

When I first got my Gemini box, the apps worked perfectly. Now, they suddenly quit loading. I am using a WIFI connection, but I have tried a wired connection, and still nothing. I have DirecTV satellite TV. I still pay my bill through AT&T. Everything else is on the DirecTV website. Both my AT&T login and DirecTV login give me access to watching DirecTV on the DirecTV app. The are different logins with different usernames. Will they both continue to work? Which one would be
