I've received conflicting info verbally from 4 agents on deleting content on the app. Does anyone out there have a satellite subscription to DTV with set top boxes and not able to delete content in the app's My Library? My setup has the Genie in my Living Room and a Genie Mini in the Master Bedroom.

Why are so many of the Phillies broadcasts unavailable on extra innings? We have to watch the other teams broadcasts frequently even though we are no where near local to Philadelphia. It seems like most other teams have both broadcasts available.

The NewsMix channel doesn't seem to be on the streaming option provided with my account. Why? Am I missing something? Is there any other streaming option for it? Thanks

Seems like the number of Canadian team broadcasts fell sharply in 2022-2023 and now as 2023-2024 season started, no Flames broadcasts, maybe 3 Jets, 2 Senators broadcasts when playing against US teams (only US team broadcast in the channel lineup). The Directv app for my satellite service disappeared on my Samsung Smart TV. I tried reinstalling it, but the only option that comes up is for the streaming app. I tried going to Google to download, but it said it could not be accessed from that device. How do I get my app back?

Freezes several times a day. Checked and restarted everything including modem. Even have a new box. Ethernet connected. Green band on cables. What else should I do.
