How else can I reset my password? I’m about to cancel this service. Error code 201 in the app, can’t change password

Why is the movie channel not apart of the premium add on package paramount+ with showtime on directv stream?

I have not received activation email for Disney+, Hulu, ESPN Unlimited bundle since i joined Directv Streaming in November 2025. Nothing under My Tv Package as well.
