@Uareme789 That scam has been going on for 2+ years. On screen notices were given to warn people. Paying up front, requiring gift cards (untraceable like cash), and 50% off (way too huge a discount) are the red flags. FCC most likely cannot do

Why don't I get a full-screen picture on most channels?

Recently moved tv set from one room (and set-top box) to another room and set-top box. Now, I do not get a full-screen picture on most channels. In fact, picture size varies for different channels. Same thing happens when I play recordings from DVR--picture size varies.

@dumbledoreb if you want to watch America's Got Talent you can get stream it through Peacock and you can stream Married at First Sight through Discovery+. Hope this helps.
