if I could eliminate 0F14

by resetting to factory setting, but then I could not prevent 0F14 from downoading again? I have H20 600, reset problem when I'm on HD channels. bought a 7 inch desk fan to keep the box cool, but still resets. I'd rather be without 0F14 till maybe the next upgrade in October. I subscribed to Uverse this past February. My neighbor across the street was turned down explaining our street wasn't ready for Uverse. So what do I have?

Whole neighborhood requesting unverse be available on our street it’s 1/4 mile away available!!!

I live in creola al and not even 1/4 mile away a subdivision has it. My subdivision has over 12 houses and only Mediacom internet we are all wanting unverse please consider adding this ASAP I gaurentee at least 9 of 12 houses will switch. AT&T could not install direct and internet because of my location. Need refund

I live way in the country. AT&T talked me into trying to see if they could make it work for the 3rd time in 3 years. I paid 19.99 cash at store. When they came, the lines had not magically made it the stupid 1 1/2 miles to get service. How can I get refund. Store said talk to you.

Your pictures don't show how the wires run. The houses on the corner may come from one direction, the blue circled house may come down the street from the other end and a whole different VRAD.  Could, or it could be there's a database error on

No matter how many times I told them I wasn't interested and would they talk about my problem they just kept trying to sell the plan.
