No video on movie rental
We rented Joker and paid $4.99 for it. When we try to watch it, there is no video. We only hear audio and get stuck where nothing works except to turn off the receiver. I can't get support by chat or call. Can I email someone to get this resolved? Or can I get the $4.99 removed from my bill?

@lgz816- The OK screen is what is displayed when the receiver(aka STB) is "off". Of course, you cannot see it when the TV is OFF. But, you can see the green light on the circle on the STB - green light indicates STB is ON, even though TV may be OFF.

DIRECTV Equipment
I have an OTA antenna and I ain't got it. My FOX local (WHNS in Greenville/Spartanburg (SC) has Cozi TV and Escape as subchannels. No Buzzr. I guess WHNS isn't FOX O&O. In fact, I didn't even know that subchannel existed until I read this thread.
Is Uverse Austin carrying KTBC subchannel Buzzr?
