The Broadband 2 light is blinking red continuously. We lost service last night for about 10 minutes. It's has blinking continuously since then. The remotes won't work to change the tv. When I press any button on the remote, the closed captioning options come up immediately, every time.

Broadband 2 light has been blinking red for several weeks. Rebooted gateway several times.  Uverse viewing is pixalated and freezes frequently.  Is this an equipment issue?

This AM I noticed my Genie 2 tower had 2 red blinking lights and the "add client" light was illuminated.Both 4K tv's are functioning normally.I cannot chat with tech service due to Covid-9 and do not want to do anything to interrupt service as we are all sheltered down.Any idea?

Red light flashing on broadband, all other lights are green. I've reset it, unplugged it, plugged back in...... help.

The Status and Wireless lights are flashing red on the front of the Genie 2. Why?  Everything seems to be working fine.

One of my TV have a red x and 6 under it. I have tried resetting it, unplugging it for 10 seconds. Still a red x and 6. Can we fix this?

When I switch to cable tv, I only get a red X on the screen.

Is a red zone purchase only good for one week?

A red x with a 3 underneath is showing on my tv. Please help!

Just got a new receiver and it is getting red x 3 on the screen. First the re is 1 gear and progress bar goes all the way across, then a blue screen then  2 gears appear on screen, progress bar then red x and number 3

My converter box/DVR is out.  Tried re-setting, it's just locked up.  Tried re-booting modem, no help.  Blue, green, red lights on front, big red X on screen.  Any suggestions?  Also, if I have to get a new box is there any way to save my DVR recordings from the old box?  Thanks.  Any help appreciat
