Why TELEMUNDO live is not available in DIRECTV STREAM?

Recording some shows but will not let me watch live TV. Error message is all TV services are in use on this receiver to proceed select a recording.

I just switched from DirecTV to U-verseTV. On DirecTV, I could pause a live program to watch a recorded one, so I could go back to the live broadcast and fast forward through the ads. Hello,I cannot view live tv or recordings on a secondary wired receiver. I can see live television in the guide but when trying to select a channel, I receive the message "no programming scheduled at this time." I can also see the recordings on the primary DVR but cannot playback. Any suggestions?

I can live steam espn and it's affiliates but can not stream anything else. Why is that? When trying to stream anything else, it stops loading at 85%.
