That is a serious violation of the Los Angeles City building code.   And dangerous to my kids who swim in the pool. I have called Uverse Tech support untold times to get ATT to redrop the line.    So far

Sides of picture missing on some channels

I recently got Direct TV and have a wide screen TV. I don't have an HD receiver. I was watching the World Series and found that the sides of the picture were missing - it didn't matter what wide screen settings I have on the TV - the sides of the picture just aren't there. Same thing with The Simpso

Question

If you are able to run a coax (RG6 Copper Core) to the pool house would be ideal. Otherwise you would need to install a separate dish on the pool house. DirecTV is service by their own satellite, so will not be delivered/bridged through your internet
