can i get another wireless box for new tv in kitchen and how much

I have had a RCA under the counter tv in the kitchen for the past 2 1/2 years. I purchased a new tv to upgrade. The new tv will not find a signal so is useless. I gave up and put the old tv back up. However, now that tv cannot find a signal either. I hope I am not stuck without a tv in the kitchen.

We've lost the RC64 Remote for our bedroom, which controls a Panasonic HDTV.  Can I take the RC64 from our kitchen TV (which is a Sharp) and program that remote to work with our Panasonic upstairs?  Thanks in advance for your help.
