DIRECTV STREAM Setup & Equipment

Whenever college football is offered in 4k format the picture quality is horrible -a faded, dim, washed out look with poor color rendering. No amount of tinkering with settings makes any difference.  I have five different smart TV’s from 32” to 65” and brands from TCL to Samsung and LG.  

How do i get a gemini air if i already have service

I have 4 Gemini-air and after 4 hours of shut down I have to log aback onto my wi-fi network, works great before and I can turn off and back on as long as it no longer that 4 hours shut down and I get on the average of 100+ MPS at each location this just started happening? How do I fix it?

I'm told my Gemini box is out of warranty, so ordered a new one, they sent a Gemini Air. Do I disconnect the old box first then install the Gemini Air?

Is there a way to hide channels on the Guide? As a convert from uverse to direct TV one nice feature of uverse was the ability to hide channels. After opening DIRECTV on my Mac, the closed caption automatically turns on even though the checkmark appears next to the off option. How can this be corrected/fixed?

I googled that the RC82V remote worked well with DirectTV Streaming and bought one to pair to my Samsung Frame TV. The pairing instructions state: 1.) Press and hold REWIND and FAST FORWARD at the same time for 3 seconds until the visible LED's start flashing  2.) Enter digits 961 followed

why is my gemini air not pairing with my Vizio soundbar? I was able to pair no problem with previous boxes.

I have not moved but I keep getting xfinity home location change limit reached. How can I fix this?
