Direct tv media share render changed to direct tv hr54R1 and again changed to direct tv hr 54 700. Why is that and also has open ports 80, 443, 8080, 9100, 631 has someone hacked into it

Tried to bring up a usual channel, 44. Screen went dark, remote stopped working. New batteries, resets, etc. Blue 'on' light now there, but TV message 'no signal, is it on'?

Red light on remote RC73 is constant on. not going out and the remote is not working

I'm still having issues with rewind on both live TV and recordings. It pixellates after you start watching again after going back. I've been having this issue since the update of the menu in August. My case management specialist said the issue has been escalated to engineering. When will this be fix

I have bought NBA league pass through the NBA app and linked my direct tv account but I do not have any of the channels on my tv.

I got a new remote and programmed it as told. The DirecTV works but the TV/volume etc don’t. I went through all codes along with trying to pick my model and it didn’t work. What do I do next?

anyone else experiencing this? during commercial sound was fine and when programming returns, sound continuously cuts out. Now it's happening on commercials too. I reported to Directv. doesn't appear to be happening on any other channels. No issues last night, so far happening all morning here.

On Oct. 30, the software on my HR24/100 DVR and my 2 H24/700 receivers was updated. Now whole home does not work. The H24's do not show a playlist or give the option to record a show. The whole home status says, "No Networked DVRs Found". I cannot find any release notes for the software updates 0xe7
