Why is C Span 3 only offered in the News Genre mini pack on ch 352? It should be included in the higher price signature packages. DTV says they don’t carry it. But if you search it it shows but says subscribe.

I recently downloaded the DirecTV app and after the first sign in prompts I am taken to a landing page with sports scores on them and then the app freezes before I can navigate anywhere else. We have 3 TVs. Our DTV streaming is connected with 3 Rokus. Main one in living room with both profiles. Mine is in my den, Im wondering if I can remove my wifes profile off of mine in the den, but everytime I try it removes her profile off of all 3 TVs. Is there a way to just have my profile in the

We have several DTV Streaming boxes in two different homes. All work well except one box: when we hit record, a message pops up that says "Whoops, that program is finished airing and can't be recorded anymore" None of the other boxes give this error - we hit record and it records. Any ideas? Thanks
