U-verse TV

I made sure that the first episode of Season 11 on Hallmark's When Calls the Heart was set to record (red button on) for Sunday, April 7 from 9-10 pm EDT. Now when I look at Scheduled Recordings it is not listed, although the following week (4/14) is still listed as scheduled and appears in the Guid

U verse app is not working with my Fire TV. I have uninstalled app. I Have re-installed app. Still not working. It was fine until U Verse app was updated. So, what is the solution to fix this.

My Paramount+ subscription has ended recently. I thought I received that by subscribing to Showtime through Uverse. Did something change?

I just tried to use my U-Verse app, had to update and now all the system info is garbled letters and numbers and the tv stations are not ours. I have deleted the app and reloaded, but nothing changes.

Sometimes my DVR reacts on the first click from the emote - at other times I need to repeat the click 3 or more times to get the response I am seeking. I don't believe it is the remote aas I changed the batteries and the remote is working to the TV - just the DVR is unresponsive.
