In our area we have 2 choices, UVerse and Time Warner Cable (TWC).  TWC releases popular new movies e.g., Bridget Jones Baby, The Secret Life of Pets that are not offered by UVerse.  This happens all the time.  Please explain.  Thinking about switching providers.

I just got a new phone (Motorola Edge 5G) yesterday and tried using the Directv app for the 1st time tonight. I only have sound no picture on all channels.

For the past couple of days some of the controls and some of the control text are no longer visible when viewing DirectTV Stream on my PC using either Edge or Chrome. In the case of skip back, pause and skip forward, the controls in the middle of the screen, they are there but you cannot see them.
