Do I have to purchase a remote if its not working? Only the mute button doesnt work sometimes on one of my silver remotes, other functions work, replaced battery, etc..and sometimes the att button will lite up other times the tv function lites up....help? or buy another? cost?

I had to replace my silver remote but after programming the replacement, when powering up devices, the remote doesn't cycle from ATT-TV-DVD anymore, just ATT-TV. I have to manually push DVD button, push power the back to ATT. The original remote cycled through all 3 functions.

Hi, I've programmed my silver Uverse remote to our Philips TV - don't have the model # handy at the moment.  It works fine, with one exception.  The Silver remote cannot turn the volume down.  It can turn it up, mute, turn TV off, etc.  Just can't turn volume down. Anyone run into this out there?

I have four tv's connected.  I have found a limit of four activities total.e.g. If I have two items scheduled to record at a certain time then onlytwo of my tv's can be used.  Is this an equipment problem or adesign limitation?
