I'm pretty sure all of the live streaming services (as well as all cable and satellite services) offer that channel, and none of them allow you to actually "remove" channels, so you'll be a bit hard pressed to find a service that meets your needs. A

When we try to record a recurring CBS network program (e.g., NCIS, Amazing Race) on our DirecTv - it is on a Local Channel 8, say at 8pm.
