Live in a condo building. I and another unit have DirectTv. This is the second year we have both lost HD channels in the beginning of October. To complicate things Star Communications owns the satellite dish and wants $80 for service call plus credit card on file. Any idea why HD goes out every fall

Almost every recording I make, the last five minutes of the show I lose the picture. I still have sound but no picture. It's very annoying and i can't seeme to get it work correctly.

I got an HR24 and it's obviously different than a DirecTivo SD-DVR40. The SD-DVR40 would automatically record 30 min. of each tuner (input). So if Tuner 1 was on Channel 206 (ESPN) and Tuner 2 was on Channel 501 (HBO), both channels would have the last 30 min of the show recorded.  I could

Autotune cuts off the last few seconds of what you are watching and jumps to the autotuned program. I missing the end of the last show I am watching.  I am doing ON TIME.  It like the clock is off a bit.  I wish there was a way to Autotune in 15 seconds.

I recently switched to ATT Uverse bundle from Comcast Xfinity. I truly miss the "last 4" channel options when switching back and forth between shows. Uverse only goes back 1 last channel. Is anyone aware of a way to go to last 4? or is this being worked on for future functionality?
