When are you going to resolve the problem with TEGNA?

When are you going to resolve the problem with TEGNA? It's disrupting my service in watching WFSS (channel 8 - ABC) in my area.  Customers should not have to deal with the petty problems between Uverse and TEGNA.  Work it out or lose a long time subscriber.

I had tried the red reset and it did not work.......however I have just turned on the TV and it has worked so the lesson learned is after a reset turn off the TV wait and then turn on again.

News Mix Channel 71 stuck on CNN

I cannot move between the different stations on the screen when the news mix channel (71) is on the screen. I used to be able to do this. I have tried doing a red button reset. This has been going on for a few days so it is not a temporary situation.

Constantly down

My family and I transferred to Stockton, against my better judgement we signed up for ATT Uverse internet/TV. Our service is down nearly a minute or two for every hour on. Ready to go with comcast
