On certain commercials, the audio gets really quiet and then once that commercial is done, it will come back. It used to happen with Geico commercials during the Olympics and now I just noticed the NBA Full Court Pass commercial is quiet when it wasn't before. What could be causing this?

Apparently I and other get this error message because our ISP uses dynamic IP addresses. I use Plumes on the Homepass app (through I3 Broadband.) Does anyone know how to change to static IP addresses to alleviate this issue?
