Worst customer service ever
I was never informed when I signed up for Directv Stream that I would be locked into a 2 year contract. Now in order for me to drop my streaming services, I would have to pay $360 in order to do so. I need to turn off search function on my autistic's son TV
My son has no concept of money. Direct TV has no way to turn off purchases. He likes to search, like on his computer and will rent or buy them without understanding he spent money. He can not do it on the computer because there is no linked account. Any solution?
