Privacy Notice Pop-Up Wont Go Away, Cant be turned off

I just installed directv using gemini and internet. every time we put on one channel, we get a pop-up saying to go into settings and make privacy selections.  in the settings selection, there are no privacy selections.  basically, there seems to be no way to make the pop-up go away.

LG TV and DirecTV Streaming App

I've been advised to use an ethernet connection rather than the Gemini Air device as that device is not working consistently and I keep getting "no internet" messages when there is internet and it corrects when I click off wifi and click it back on.  We have a new LG tv.
