Why is my Directv streaming and I can not record any channels

On my Roku tv or other Roku device, my login will not work. And now it says I have exceeded my login attempts. However the direct tv app on my iPhone does accept my login and works fine.

Why is it that when I want to watch a DVR recording that is currently recording while the show is live, when I select and choose the recording, instead of playing the recording, it takes me to a screen where the only option is to watch the live program? After choosing the live program, then I can go

I have the choice package and I'm sure I listened to the music channels a while ago. I don't see them in the directory. Where are they?

Had DirecTV stream for seven years in Indiana. Purchased box and remote to record shows. Moved to Texas in 2024 and our recorded shows are showing Indiana local news, etc. We can watch Houston local news LIVE but cannot record anything because it says the "show is over". I’m sure I’ll get a generic response from DIRECTV on this one but it’s worth a shot. With regards to the newly added METV Toons channel, why can’t we restart a currently airing program from the beginning. This feature is available on the METV channel but not METV.
