Having trouble setting up Uverse cable

I live in an att supported apartment complex. We have at&t cable and wifi. Our wifi works great! We have been having trouble with the cable tv though. I have tried pairing the Ven501 with our receiver and the closest I've gotten is a white gear on the screen, which always turns into a red X. I h

That show was exclusive to the Audience channel which sunset (closed) this month. The future of the show is as of yet unknown. Will have to wait and see if another network picks up the rights to the show.

On a website called The Layoff, there is a post (written in 2019, before Directv/Uverse was spun off into its own company) by a so-called insider that says Uverse will sunset in 2022. Now, I don't put much stock in that, but on one of the replies, s

Basically, I call up the HELP line, and reboot everything and sometimes it works and sometimes it does not work. Does AT&T offer something more reliable than U-Verse to watch movies on demand? The DVR is no longer used for recordings - I shut down this service long ago. Fiber is coming to my ho

How is it that me ordering a new package deal could be messed up before you even come out to install. No one showed up to complete my install today, did not even have the courtesy to call and let me know, and when I called to find out I am told that dispatch never even got the order for today’s date
