Very strange, as 1-800-531-5000 has a bot answering 24/7 and tech support is also 24/7. Billing closes at midnight ET IIRC.

Why doesnt anyone answer the phone..been calling to cancel

I have been calling to cancel my service and nobody answers. I was told I would have to talk to someone to cancel.
