No internet connection

I am on box #4 and still screen says no internet connection, light is green, settings show network connected to gateway wifi also with att.  Direct stream box disconnects from TV every nite at same time several times every nite.  Will only reconnect if I get out of bed and reset the box.&

Cable TV

Worthless equipment (

keep having to REPEATEDLY reset receiver on one tv. Have been at it for three hours now and still no picture. Apparently ATT has no customer service contact number or people to answer it. One wonders why they have an alleged customer “service” sight.

My DVR keeps rebooting, need help

I have been with att uverse for a few months now. Power went out 4 days ago and since then our bedroom wireless dvr has been constantly rebooting. Lights randomly flash, it cycles thru and sometimes I even get to see 15 seconds of tv before it says no signal and starts over again. Att support didn't

TV picture too large

I've had this problem before but it's worse this time. The heads of the actors take up half the screen or they are cut off from the eyebrows up. How do you file a complaint?

I've tried to file a complaint via Chat and have been disconnected. When I call, I've been told a supervisor will call me back and they never do. There doesn't seem to be a way via email or snail mail to file a complaint. Anyone have any info? My beef is with Uverse. The promotional rep that I spoke

equipment return scam

I returned my equipment to exchange a box. I sent it to UPS as instructed and in a timely manner prior to deadline. Today I get a bill that shows a charge for the "unreturned" equipment.
