Credits promised on DirectTV account, but not given. I have talked to 4 customer service reps but received the 'runaround'! Every phone call is supposed to be recorded, so why can't they just listen to the recordings to verify my credit?

Canceled Within First 30 Days & Returned Equipment. Now Getting a HUGE Bill!
I ordered a Uverse triple bundle (phone/Uverse/Internet) online last month. The installation fee was waived (due to the online order--I printed and saved the online order just in case I needed it in the future---glad I did!), and the total estimated amount including junk fees, taxes, etc. was $124.
