Why does my DVR delete Judge Judy episodes?

This is the second or third time it's happened, and is the only show, even after I set the series to keep. The show was originally #3 on my record list and is now #1. I keep an eye on free disc space and don't let it get lower than 37%.

Thanks! I did notice that the scheduled recorded times are correct as you indicated. Just the more showtimes is incorrect. Sounds like att is aware. Just wanted to make sure it was Judy not me being affected.

Info button giving me incorrect more showtimes

I thought someone posted the same thing but can't find it now. The actual grid guide will display the correct showtimes but when you press the info button on the remote and select more show times of a show the times are 2 hours off. I am on the West Coast but they are giving me times based on Centra

According to my program guide, the New Orleans Saints - Saint Louis Rams game should be on the NFL Network. It is on my iPad and my husband's laptop, but not on the TV! I called customer service and received absolutely no help and was disconnected. Can someone explain why this is happening?

Amazon Fire will not play DirectTV content

Subscription works on PC and Apple devices but cannot play content on Amazon Fire. There is no option to play content.  customer service claims there’s an “outage” but it’s been over 3 weeks?!

Fox HD - Saints v. Cowboys not in HD

When are you going to resolve the problem with TEGNA? It's disrupting my service in watching WFSS (channel 8 - ABC) in my area.  Customers should not have to deal with the petty problems between Uverse and TEGNA.  Work it out or lose a long time subscriber.
