Transfer if service no engineer in sight

AT&T $300 Gift Card for Moving Service is BOGUS

Move Close caption location

How do you move the closed captions to the bottom of the screen?Currently they are about 3/4 of the way down - it's blocking a lot. There's a good size gap between the bottom of the screen...which is good for the news but horrible for everything else.

Can't cancel service

DirecTV won't let me cancel! It's bad enough that you have to phone in a service cancellation. There's no other way to cancel, and that should be illegal.
