Last month we received a text stating we were getting a credi to our bill. Coincidentally it was in the amount of our current cable package. When we we finally were able to get through, we were informed credit was given due to COVID-19. No credit on current bill. Anyone else get this text or info?

Is there a way to alphabetize the recordings list?

Pressing "LIST" on the remote brings up the recordings, but they are listed by the order in which they were recorded. There should be a way to convert them to alphabetical order so you don't have to scroll through all of the recordings to find the one you want.
