If you have satellite tv with the Gemini box….question about the channel grid on said Gemini and on mobile devices. Will they look like the genie box or the Directv streaming box ? Channel codes vs color icons.

Programs keep pausing and then starting back up

I have noticed a SERIOUS decline in the closed captioning presentation over the last few months. Complete sentences are eliminated or truncated so badly only the last three or four words are displayed. Recently a full minute or more was not captioned at all. Captioning is not presenting enough text
