@Macallan - The wired TV STB may have gotten zapped or the COAX that feeds it or the HPNA that rides the COAX.   Have you tried a whole house reboot? Pull power on all U-verse boxes - restore RG -wait fro all green -restore DVR - restore STBs & WAP

Never again
