My Genie 2 drops the sound and picture for 2-5 seconds at a time.  It has been going on for a year. Both live and recorded programs drop. Its just a black screen. Then back to normal. Very intermittent, very annoying?

History and ASXS channels picture freeze

Have you noticed that when att makes a mistake, horrific mistakes, it never admits it's responsibility for its actions, let alone fix the mistake in a timely mannet, or apologize, Or try to make it up to the customer? Can I change the U-verse TV Guide font?

Hi. Just wondering if anyone know if AT&T had fixed the issue of the font not being adjustable on the TV guide. It is difficult for some in our household to read it. Seems like it should be a readily available like it is on Dishnetwork. Thank you! God bless

They won't let me set up a payment plan

I cancelled my bill so my we're not go up and I ended with a 500dlls bill and they won't let me set up a payment plan, I am sick I not be able to work on the past 3 weeks and I just try to pay 50 dlls on my bill and they won't accept my payment and now they are going to send me to a collection agenc

Customer service , if they answer, may or may not speak English. If they do, they still can’t solve your problem.  Chat bot is actually a joke they put on to frustrate you.  Thank god they are losing the football package so I can drop them in January.
