Screen Saver not kicking in on XM Stations?

I'm noticing that when I look at the TV when we have XM stations playing, the Screen Saver is not kicking in. It happens on both of our HR20-700 receivers. The DirecTV logo sits in the bottom right corner burning in my $4,900 Pioneer Plasma. Can someone tell me how to fix this? Thanks very much.

DirecTV shows my address as being blocked for satellite service by an HOA, but I don't have an HOA

I'm trying to sign up for DirecTV satellite service, but none of the sales people are able to sign me up due to this error message. I live in a single family home in the middle of nowhere, but for some reason DirecTV's system shows it as being part of an HOA.  How can I get this fixed?

Cancellation of Account Issues
