I was over charged 198.00 for service visits that never happened. I called, chatted a dozen times and was promised a refund -and the refund has never shown up on my account.

I have directv through Att. Will never get it again. I have had it a little more then a year and everytime it rained I lost signal a few times during the rain. No winds just rain.
