i have never understood when miami heat play memphis it is always blacked out?it shows on the screen guide channel 1722 and 1727 does anyone get those channels or is channels 1722 and 1727 not available??

In the summer, our satellite gets very poor reception.  I have checked all of the connections and they seem to be fine.  When I call tech support, they are pretty much useless.  They have answers for poor reception when it is raining outside, but no answers to problems in extreme heat and I do mean

One of my TV have a red x and 6 under it. I have tried resetting it, unplugging it for 10 seconds. Still a red x and 6. Can we fix this?

hey guys i just wanted to know is it normal for a deca box where the coax runs out to be very hot?not the actual plastic of the box but where the threads of the coax go? i reached down and touched the metal and actually burned my finger.Just wanted to know if this is normal? Thanx

We remodeled our house and have been out for 6 weeks. We are back today and tried setting up the U-verse box for the TV. All it shows is a large Red X in the middle of the screen. I read some posts and watched a couple of YouTube videos about it. We tried the Reboot, but it does not go to the Reboot

We got the red x 6 this morning - can't find out what this means. Tried rebooting the box (VIP2250, maybe 7 years old) a few times, still red x.  Other boxes in the house have no problem (except can't see recordings, on the problem box).   Time for a new box?
