Bill Payment Grace Period

New to UVerse. Can anyone else confirm the grace period is two days for bill payment? I am on auto pay and the bill usually comes 1-2 days before due date.  I've never experienced anything like this before so throwing me off

Any type of grace period and not pay ETF?

So I've been having issues with comcast and got uverse internet for a 12 month contract. We still have comcast in the house since we live with other people and it's their service.Well, after 5 months of hassle comcast FINALLY fixed the internet issue, while we just had AT&T uverse internet installed

Is there some service interruption grace allowed to valued customers?

AT&T Lost My Returned Receiver

AT&T Support sent out a replacement receiver for a problem we were having 12/10/2014.  The problem was not the receiver so the box was returned to AT&T.  They have continually emailed warnings that they have not received the box back and this month we were billled $150.00 for the missing box. I have

@Administrator I don't know if you saw it or not but I finally PM'd the info you requested. Stingray provided a grace period of 10,675,199 days. That's not a typo. Grace period ended ~10,675,100 days early and I'm now locked out.Thanks for any help y

@cherie.pat    DirecTV is only a 24 hour grace period for original install. ECF worth $20 for each month remaining of 24 month service agreement. An ECF of $240 sounds more like a 12 month agreement from a move order, which has no grace period.   Als

I need you guys to check my bill, I was charge of early termination fee wherein I cancelled the service before 15 days after the installation date because of the very bad service I got. And now i was being charge of 340 plus. Please have this reveres. I only kept the internet which is 40$ per month.

So what exactly didn't look right? There IS only a 24 hour grace period regardless of what you may have been told.

Disputing a bill

Need advice........ How can I resolve a dispute I am having with Direct TV. April of this year I signed up with Century Link for my internet service. During that conversation I was asked if I wanted to bundle with Direct TV . I Did this , with the understanding I had a 13 day grace period to cancel

File a BBB complaint. That sends the issue to corporate. Usually results in them contacting you. Be prepared to provide copy of the receipt from UPS showing they took possession of the equipment.

Refund on returned equipment

I returned my equipment on 12/10/2021, I called direct tv and provided the UPS reference number. I have called direct multiple times and have only been told that i would get my money back in a few weeks, or will hear back from someone in 3-5 business days and not respond.  My refund is $397 no
